When...May the "new normal" become normal. When I went off wheat it was a pretty big adjustment. I happened in college and so my girlfriend--now wife--went to the grocery store and just laughed at how many cereals I could no longer eat. "What about Wheaties?" we'd jokingly ask.<br /><br />That light-hearted outing helped relieve the stress a bit, I think.
