My phone rang before 8 am this morning.
It was the lady who handles the prayer requests for our congressman’s campaign. This is the same congressman’s office who was FINALLY able to get somewhere on our case yesterday.
She was calling because I had e-mailed her several days ago, when I was grasping at anything I could find.
She wanted to know about any updates I had, as well as what EXACTLY was going on.
She then stated that she wanted to be kept up to date & is going to take our situation DIRECTLY to the congressman today. She was headed out the door to a fundraiser or some such thing.
To make this situation even better (I hope), my parents are old friends of our congressman. She took down my parents’ names & my name & she is going to speak to him directly about it today.

Can you believe I'm actually leaving a comment? I had to let you know that I'm glad you keep a blog because it helps me to be able to pray more specifically for your growing family. I'm sorry to hear of all the difficulty you've been having lately. May it be a comfort and encouragement for you to know that you are loved and prayed for by at least one more friend.

The Lord has really given me a peace today-no doubt because people have been praying.
Also, I have been working ALL DAY on the girls' room, & that has helped, too, I'm sure.
