"Common Ground": my little corner of the blogosphere where I talk (a lot-wink) about the things that matter most to me: My relationship with my Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ, homeschooling, adoption, homemaking, parenting, "spousing." (yeah, yeah....I know that's not a word.....I made it up-it’s my blog-I can do things like that! Ha!)

Since my life isn’t all that different from yours, hopefully we can find some COMMON GROUND & learn from each other. Please share your thoughts!

Through the Lords’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not.

They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness!

The changing mountain face.....

While I miss many things about the Midwest (born & bread in the great state of Kansas!!!)......living so close to the mountains is such a blessing!!

Yep, I love that skyline! I'm glad you are still enjoying them. It'll be great to come visit and get all nostalgic.

Wow Kim...those mountains are magnificent!! God's pretty clever isn't he making such a wonderful wide world.
Its great to be able to just stop isn't it and 'smell the roses' so to speak with the beauty that is around us as we often just take it forgranted.
I love our moutain escarpment within our view too.

Jenica-can't wait to see you guys!!

Anna-I hoped I would never take my skyline for granted, but, I have discovered you just begin to after a while. So, I just STOP every once in a while & LOOK.....& thank God that He is so creative!

Wow it is stunning!! Are you in southern CO? Just wondering, we are in southern UT, we have the red rocks but the Mountains are not as tall. Living around Mountains for so long when we go places that are flat, I'm a little lost.
Have a great week!
