Who knew there are so many fun products out there for hair?
I have always had trouble keeping curls in Ana’s hair. Ruthie’s seems to hold the curls better, so I sat down one afternoon & searched the internet for anything that might work.
Enter-CURL FORMERS!
I sprayed her hair with water put a tiny amount of Herbal Essences Finishing Touch Cream.
She slept in them-& voila! She had curls all the next day.

I've never heard of those, but I'll have to look into them. Crista's hair is so straight but its short too. Once its grown out some maybe I'll have some cute styles to add! Not much you can do with short hair :-)
Very cute! I don't ever curl my daughter's hair, but I love the look it gave your daughter. I might have to try it with my straight-haired one. :)

The name of my blog is proof that I don't need anyone's help with getting curls in my daughter's hair. Here's the method I used - 1) be born into a family with curly-haired people and inherit those genes, 2) marry Tim, 3) conceive children. It's a foolproof method, really. ;)
I don't know if you can delete an entry, but you're welcome to axe mine. Curlformers would just sit in a closet at our house. Sorry I was too dorky to figure out where to leave a comment.
I've seen CurlFormers on line before. They look neat and I'd love to win a set!

My 11 year old daughter would love to give those a try!
I love curling my daughter's hair. She's got lots of it and it's really straight. So it's usually painful to curl--using hot sticks or something like that. I've heard of curlformers before and someday I will try them because she'd love to have curly hair all the time if it was easier to do. And she feels like such a princess... :D

Don't know if these would work on my dd's Asian hair, but she would love to try a few in her pony tail. She told me the other day that she wanted to try curls like my other dd (Caucasian and curly haired like me), while my curly haired girl told me the very next day that she'd like to straighten her hair! Figures... ;)

Shelley-I think it would probably work-as long as you used a light curl cream on it as you put it up. Our DD is adopted from Guatemala-& her hair is pretty straight, too-almost asian in feel.
