"Common Ground": my little corner of the blogosphere where I talk (a lot-wink) about the things that matter most to me: My relationship with my Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ, homeschooling, adoption, homemaking, parenting, "spousing." (yeah, yeah....I know that's not a word.....I made it up-it’s my blog-I can do things like that! Ha!)

Since my life isn’t all that different from yours, hopefully we can find some COMMON GROUND & learn from each other. Please share your thoughts!

Through the Lords’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not.

They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness!
Lam. 3: 22 & 23

Love is......(FFF)

A weekend away with my honey in San Francisco.

Love is……all the people who made it possible by watching our kiddos.

Love is……missing the kids like crazy-but only when I was ready to go home & see them! (Yes, for the first time in my life, I was able to enjoy my time away without aching to hold them every waking moment!!! I missed them, but I survived just fine without them!)

But, most of all:

I am thankful for the Greatest Lover of all time: Jesus Christ.

"We know what real love is because Jesus gave up His life for us."
1 John 3:16 (New Living Translation)

What does LOVE mean to you?

Sounds like you enjoyed your mini vacation with your hubby! And I bet your kids were even more precious when you got home to them! God is good, isn't He?
