"Common Ground": my little corner of the blogosphere where I talk (a lot-wink) about the things that matter most to me: My relationship with my Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ, homeschooling, adoption, homemaking, parenting, "spousing." (yeah, yeah....I know that's not a word.....I made it up-it’s my blog-I can do things like that! Ha!)

Since my life isn’t all that different from yours, hopefully we can find some COMMON GROUND & learn from each other. Please share your thoughts!

Through the Lords’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not.

They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness!

Thursdays Before the Throne

With over 600 blog entries, I had to do a Google search to see if I had posted this before! (Like I said-I love to blab!!) I couldn't find it, but even if I have posted it before, the words bear repeating & the YouTube video I uploaded is a STUNNING performance!

"I Then Shall Live"

I then shall live as one who's been forgiven.
I'll walk with joy to know my debts are paid.
I know my name is clear before my Father.
I am His child and I am not afraid.
So greatly pardoned, I'll forgive my brother.
The law of love I gladly will obey.

I then shall live as one who's learned compassion.
I've been so loved I'll risk loving, too.
I know how fear builds walls instead of bridges.
I'll dare to see another's point of view.
And when relationships demand commitment,
Then I'll be there to care and follow through

Your kingdom come-around and through and in me!
Your power and glory-let them shine through me!
Your Hallowed name, oh may I bear with honor!
And may Your living Kingdom come in me!
The Bread of Life, O' may I share with honor.
And may You feed a hungry world through me.

Amen, Amen, Amen

Hi Kim!
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I was slightly confused when I came upon your new blog Title and picture (which I love by the way!) But I quickly realized you just did a face lift. You have some great perspectives and stories. I scanned some of your intentional living blog entries (looking for Dillion and Doings :). Keep up the good work. Kudos to you for keeping yourself accountable! I don't always fair well in the face of accountability :)
Blessings,
Tina
