"Common Ground": my little corner of the blogosphere where I talk (a lot-wink) about the things that matter most to me: My relationship with my Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ, homeschooling, adoption, homemaking, parenting, "spousing." (yeah, yeah....I know that's not a word.....I made it up-it’s my blog-I can do things like that! Ha!)

Since my life isn’t all that different from yours, hopefully we can find some COMMON GROUND & learn from each other. Please share your thoughts!

Through the Lords’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not.

They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness!

Today----almost NOTHING exciting!!

Well…unless you count:

~Ana throwing up twice at breakfast (thus, she's not in very many pics today, mostly spent day resting)

~Ruth & Ana swimming w/ Mommy for an hour or so.

~Natty being extremely fussy all day.

~Ana playing w/ another 6 year old whose family is here on a pick up trip for his little sister.

~Ruth actually eating a “normal sized” supper for a 16 mo old for the first time in her life!!!! YEAH!!! This is BIG news in the Dillon household!

~Mommy spending a while in the salon today, just for nail repair, but still a few minutes kid-less! (Which means, you know what Dave was doing!!!!)

Not much, huh? ;-)

I find myself wanting to make time stand still so I can imprint every moment of this trip forever in my memory (yes, even some of the rougher ones) God has been so good to us, even through our trials & tribulations, sustaining us every step of the way! (& we still have a ways to go!)

God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause His face to shine upon us;
Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us.
God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear Him.
Ps. 67:1, 6 & 7

Ana has felt much better as the day has progressed, PTL!!!

Yeah more pictures! You know I'm here every night waiting for those pictures before I head to bed for the night. You guys look like you're having so much fun, and you should be. Glad to hear you're on the big guys desk. I'm dying to know where we are but I'm too chicken to call PGN for fear we'll only be on the 1st reviewers desk still, allow at 2 weeks in we should at least be with the second reviewer. Gosh, I hate the wait, but she is SO worth it. Here's to being OUT for Christmas and a Feb pickup. Love you guys, enjoy.

BTW, I think this extra long comment fulfills my quota for a few days LOL!

Kim, the Lord will bless you as He sees fit! Just keep trusting His path. It must be an emotional journey! Praying.

Tina, I love your friendship! SO nice to have a friend to go through this w/! I still say, we need to pick up at the same time again! (& your comment does fill your quota, especially bec. you are so sweet w/ your words!!!)

Jenica-thanks so much for your continued prayers! God's timing IS perfect!!!!
