"Common Ground": my little corner of the blogosphere where I talk (a lot-wink) about the things that matter most to me: My relationship with my Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ, homeschooling, adoption, homemaking, parenting, "spousing." (yeah, yeah....I know that's not a word.....I made it up-it’s my blog-I can do things like that! Ha!)

Since my life isn’t all that different from yours, hopefully we can find some COMMON GROUND & learn from each other. Please share your thoughts!

Through the Lords’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not.

They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness!

Mommy Guilt......

My mom always told me that she had the most pics of me,
a few less of my brother, a few less than him of my next youngest sister….etc….

I guess the more kids you have, the harder it is to remember to get out your camera
& take pics of the younger ones.

In some ways, I have found that to be true,
although since Ana was born, we have entered the digital age-
therefore, we are taking more snapshots.

BUT….Natty has NO professional pics yet,
& Ruth has only one set-she is so hard to keep happy during things like that!!!

Anyway, I have decided that even if I can’t get the professional ones done yet (babies are too unpredictable!) I SHOULD get out the camera & take pics of Natty, particularly!

He’s the youngest, & I don’t want him to have "picture envy" some day when he realizes his mommy never took any pics of him
(because she was too busy running from crisis to crisis-ha!! ha!!)
SO…..here you go! A few from yesterday!!!
(Yes, pipe down, blog readers-wink!....
I know he's playing with a necklace-yet another girl toy...)

(and thus my “mommy guilt” is soothed-for a few days!)

Do any of you have this problem?

OH believe me I too have this guilt but then I sit back and remember the time I did take Aiden for professional pictures and it was complete chaos....still will try it again as soon as I get the push...LOL. Have a great weekend.
