Well, if you are one of my faithful blog readers, you already know how I feel about MESSES…..
At Sara’s blog, the theme for the week was “Disorderly Conduct or Messy Spaces.”
Ummm…..I have a problem with that. I don’t like messes.

There.
I said it.
I’m a mom of three & I HATE messes.
(I should qualify that a bit. I WANT my kids to make messes.
OUTSIDE.
IN PLAY CLOTHES. ONLY!)
I have to make a concerted effort to PLAN “messy” times.
SO…..knowing thee theme this week, I let the girls have a “tea party.”
With water
On the kitchen floor
On a tray that contained MOST of the mess
(Can you tell the kind of planning that went into this “mess?” I have issues. I know.)

since I have to take them to prove I DID LET THEM MAKE A MESS!!!

Too cute!!
Oh girl I'd loved to have you visit...but you'd never make it here. ;) lol! Mess is my middle name and we make a ton of them here. then again maybe you could help me get control of the messes I don't want. Enjoy the weekend.
Tina-I didn't say we don't have messes, friend! lol
I just said I HATE messes! ;-)
& if it's someone elses mess-doesn't bother me AT ALL!
At my house, as long as the mess is made OUTSIDE, mommy is HAPPY & so are the kiddos!
CUTE PICTURES,ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND.
Oh how funny - I am sorry you hate messes (I do too) ... your kids probably hate them also, Jaden sure does!! But I am sure they loved having that tea party - and congrats to you ... water is so much easier to clean up! Thanks for sharing and have agreat weekend!
Rebekah, Jaden & Baby#2 TOO!
That is too cute!!
Robyn
They are dolls!
That is too funny! I sooo try to "plan" any big messes too, and outside messes are always the best kind! I often chant to myself that messes mean that the kids had fun. I worked as a preschool teacher in a daycare for many years...I have learned many tricks to containing and controlling messes.
That's too funny! I hate messes too. Your girls are adorable.
Adorable!!! While I don't take pictures of it, believe me, we have one big mess here. And, I confess, I am not the best housekeeper around!
I noticed you had a post about Natty being tactile defensive. Gabriella is the opposite and seeks sensory input. She has OT for that. But, honestly, she doesn't seem to be calming down much. I have heard good things about the brushing. Sometimes I do the joint compression and Gabriella loves it.
Not a friend of messy here either...such is life with four children though! Happy weekend!
Great pics Kim. Hmmm I hate mess too! I've had to learn to relax my standards with 2 kids and a puppy!!! hehe!
Have a wonderful weekend!
Anna
